Hello, There is very spontaneous and rapid transformation happening in the digital banking space, one bank maybe offering good and accessible digital banking products today , However there is no surety that the services will remain accessible in time to come as well. Considering the present scenario, you may go for ICICI bank or HDFC bank, both of them providing not completely accessible but usable Internet banking.
In public sector domain, you can certainly try State bank of India and Union Bank, both are providing reasonably usable digital banking products . In India, banks are not taking the accessibility for the Blind very seriously, it is just a coincidence that services becomes accessible not by choice, but by chance .
