The site is fully accessible but you need to play around with the screen zoom to appear the options for the screen reader to read. For example, I get the log out option in the profile icon only when the zoom is at the lowest point, conversely, I get the file submenu where you get the option to see your form 26as when zoom is set to a bit high. I have no idea why this happens but I'm getting all of the options when playing around with the increasing and decreasing the screen zoom.
