Now a days most forms for Government employment one has to fill form through online process and most of them have to depend on Syber Cafe where they charge at least Rs.200/ to Rs.300/, most of the Physically Disabled persons are not so economically good, nearly 95% of Disable persons in India are economically not so good so how can they afford filling online forms every month, this is also one of the main issue where one should look in.
