Hi Sandeep, Did your Hangouts just changed to Chat in Gmail? I had observed that the Compose button gets a slight relocation with it, slightly above than usual.
And also it was not visible initially for me too. You can try switching back to hangouts from settings or turning off that feature altogether if that's the case.
