There is concession in Air India for Disabled persons but on full fair that is about Rs.14000/ from Delhi to Bangalore, will be about Rs.7000/ but many Airlines including Air India offer ticket very low price from Rs.3000 to Rs.6000/ from Bangalore to Delhi. I had booked on Air India from Delhi to Bangalore at Rs.11600/ for 4 passangers and return for Rs.11900 much lower than actual full charge per person.
