Dear Members,
Anyone who is using net banking portal of HDFC Bank please confirm
whether Bill Payment module on net banking portal of HDFC Bank is
accessible or not? As per my experience overall accessibility of HDFC
Bank net banking portal is good. However, bill payment module on the
net banking portal is only partially accessible. I am able to add new
billers for bill payment and also able to configure auto pay for newly
added biller. However, I am not able to find any option for
modifying/deleting existing biller. I also contacted chat bot of HDFC
Bank but the solution which they provided doesn't works with screen
reader softwares. Any help will be highly appreciated
