Hi navnit, In WhatsApp, go to more options, go to settings and then to a section labelled as chats, theme and so on. After clicking, go to chat-backup, you should see the necessary options like backup to google drive, time interval, include videos or not, etc. You can take an instant backup before resetting your phone. regards
