Dear list,
I am required to fill multiple forms either within hospitals or for
insurance claims etc.
These are PDFs which are meant to be printed as forms and not
technically designed as a PDF fillable form.
So, is there any reliable way to fill such forms without depending on
sighted assistance?
Opening in Word disturbs the formatting and may also impact the
authenticity and many times is restricted by security settings.
Appreciate any help.
