If someone is installing Jaws with Online setup, then, I think, installation
process of jaws will not move up to this point, so there may be something
wrong either with installation of windows or drivers. if its there, then,
press Windows +I to move Settings & then press Page down to move on Updates
& Security. Use Tab & click on Update button. after a few seconds, once
again, press Tab hit on Enter on Obtional Updates, if its there. Give
check-mark to all these one by one and click on Download & Install button.
all of the necessary drivers will get updated within 5-10 minute. Finally,
restart your pc. I think, your problem will get solved.
If you don't get positive result, then, its better to reinstall your
windows.
