Do you use the browser for managing your mail or do you use Email client like
MS Outlook?
If it is the latter, you can you the command to check mail soon as you finish
composing your mail.This will ensure the process to transport mail gets
activated. By default the client will keep doing the same on its own. Which
generally works well. However, in situations where sending mails is time
sensitive, It is necessary to do so manually as well. Finally, one needs to
check if the mail shows in the sent folder.
