hi there, I have tried applying to many private colleges for lectureships through the online vacancies. the reality is that when they come to know that I am a blind aspirant for the position, they take on the evasive side and never give an opportunity. although I was working as a Lecturer in English for a degree college, I lost my job two months ago because of Covid. however, my first lecturer job was in a college that I have applied online. this is the ground reality of what you call as the IT capital of India (Bangalore).
