@Harshit-Section 27A of the act grants you the exemption in Maharashtra.
Not necessary, but you may want to get a certificate for the relevant
financial year from the National Association of the Blind, India at
Mumbai.
Minar-in your case Finance Department of the state had issued a
notification in 1981 granting exemption. You can Google and obtain a
copy.
