Hi, I have a fully automatic washing machine of Samsung at my home. I am not aware of the model number. It doesn't have a knob or dial. However, it has buttons which are somewhat raised and can be faintly felt by touch. The suggestion quoted above was based on a tutorial of NAB Delhi that I had herd somewhere in the past.
