If you have laptop along with you, and your typing speed is extraordinarily fast and you know how to write in shorthand, , there should not be any difficulty in taking notes of meeting and prepared minutes. Though i will suggest you to have the audio recording of the meeting aditionally just to make sure you didn't miss any importent point. You may use amazing mp3 recorder in your android phone with 8x or 16x zoom mode to capture voice clearly. Second option could be, to have one good bluetooth keypad and type in google keep in your mobile phone. Logitech K380 is one of the nicest bluetooth keyboard which can be connected to windows, android and apple devices simultaneously.
