Thank you Kanchan for putting that response which will benefit everyone who
is either going to buy a new or and old vehicle in their name or have
already bought for the purpose of Changing or selecting the ownership to
divyangjan.

Regarding GST concession for all the categories of persons with
disabilities, the court of CCPD had passed a judgement. Recently Chennai
high court has also  passed a judgement (

)
. So that is a settled issue now. The users have to test the rule position
in the field and empower the system with self advocacy!
