website Swavalamban.gov.in is not at all accessable and now everywhere UDID card is being made compulsory, here in Delhi Delhi Transport corporation has made mandatory for DTC Bus Pass UDID card compulsory. for filing UDID card you have to take sighted person help on your own it is impossible to fill.
