Dear friends, recently i got a new credit card from Axis bank, the name of the card is Axis Bank Select Credit card. But I am unable to generate its pin using phone banking on IVR. I am following the steps as below: 1. Call on 18605005555 2. Choose pin generation for credit card 3. Enter detail, such as expiry date, DOB and credit card number.
But I am not getting any pass code to generate its pin. I got a one time passcode in welcome kit of the credit card, but IVR is telling that its invalid passcode. What to do now? I tried to get it done by using Axis mobile app, but in my android phone its completely inaccessible, talkback is silant after opening the app. Moreover I dont have any saving bank or any other kind of relationship with axis bank except this credit card.
