Hi, Not too sure if you are looking to purchase a window or a split but as per my experience, Panasonic is absolutely the best in class. You can even book complaints & service requests via the app. In case you buy wifi enabled that is an inverter AC you may even save on electricity along with a very smooth experience connecting & opperating it using Alexa as well as Google.
