Hi, In I phone, in the voice over on tab, in audio settings, there is a button which says like this—“auto select speaker in call- ON/ OFF”. When it is turned on the speaker mode will turn on as you take your phone away from your ear and vice versa. This setting will not have any effect when voice over is turned off as then, by default this setting is also turned off. You can also manually turn it off while using voice over.
