Hello, There are some leading MNCs in software field recruit Visually Impaired and other PWD candidates TCS was my first company and Accenture is my current company. Yes candidate should mentioned his disability clearly in resume for reasonable accomodation during all the stages of recruitment. in my case cloud computing was a part of my career level training package. I have no idea how can he apply from outside but there are leading institutes provide online training. Last Sunday I had received email notification from a typical advantage where there was a vacancy for accessibility tester was mentioned. some time back WIPRO was looking for more than 100 P?WD candidates for various roles including functionality testing, Accessibility testing and many other roles.
