There are people who do their job of making people (APP developpers) aware
of accessibility issues silently.
If my own example is taken, I have not only complained about
issues/challenges but provided resolutions on overcoming them to almost 10
to 15 apps.
some listened, some just overlooked and continued with their adamant
attitude.
those listened include our own BOB world, previously known as Baroda
M-connect, Paytm (who fix some issues and create some new ones), Uber,
Telegram (Long time ago) etc.
Those never listened include Pockets by ICICI, Airtel etc.
Just days back, I spoke to IDFC first CC executive, explained her about with
few simple efffortts, their APP will become more friendly to VI customers.
Even spoke to City people on the same issue. I don't think they (Citi
people) will do much.
In short, we constantly need to do this, sometimes with spoken interactions,
sometimes with written communications.
And If some developer listen to our suggestions, we shouldn't forget to
express our gratitudes whole-heartedly.
And yes, I remember, when I was using RedMi Note 4, I wrote them a long mail
about making MIUI more accessible and friendly. I told them MIUI provide
some excellent features but what is its value if some people cannot make any
use of it?
Then I shifted to some other company's (ten.or and Asus) phones, and after 2
years or so, started using Poco X2, the change was tremendous.
I know, there are many more VI people from around the world along with me
must have written/spoken with MI folks (I never will even know them), but
the collecttive effort brought the change and more and more people are
finding MI phones as trustworthy.
I also know There are some people on this list who are continuously making
efforts to make Swiggy and Zomato aware about challenges faced by VI users,
suggesting ways to make these apps more user-friendly from our perspective.
Even our own Bhavanishankar Varma took drastic steps with respect to IRCTC
website and APP.
This is continuous process. and results are also coming for sure

Thanks for your prompt response. Our VI community is itself big
challenge. We have only few people making complaints on
inaccessibility issues. I feel everyone will be benefitted when things
get resolved but majority will not support for making vertual world
