When I use my bluetooth pluto speaker with my dell laptop, it works fine.
There is no problem of synchronisation. But the same speaker responds slow
with my lenovo. Normally, the first word I type is not spoken at all.
I have tried it with my blutooth bose speaker. The result is the same.
Describe the jaws feature of audio cut off in detail, I mean, step by step.
I will give it a try.

Use Avoid audio cutoff feature of jaws (turn on from settings center).
You also have a similar add-on for NVDA.
Silenzio is a third-party free program which also helps with the same
task.

The question which i wanted to ask is that, is there any such program
