Hi Srinivas, I use the undernoted method to clear download history, cashe, cookies, browsing history, etc. 1) Press Control+Shift+Delete 2) Settings window of Chrome will open up 3) Using right arrow go to advanced tab 4) from "Time range" drop down select "all time" 5) tick the check box against the items you want to delete 6) Then press the "clear data" button The task is done. You can now return to the tab on which you were working by closing the current tab by Control+W.
