Hi Shankar,
We all are aware of the bitter fact that many VI get in to banking
services due to scribe. Scribe clears exam for the aspiring candidate.
I don't know when this mal-practice is going to stop. VI people lack
moral values. I feel Maths, reasoning and other essential skills
should be checked during interview before candidate gets selected for
the specific designation especially for VI.
