Hello team, I'm going through unusual experience. I have shifted in to my current company on 06 December 2021 and today is 18th April. It was a 1 year of probation but my employer sent me confirmation letter today afternoon. Is it possible to get early job confirmation? I wish if i could have got some more time for improvement of my skills. My supervisor said they are extremely satisfied with my performance.
