Hello Ritesh, I assume, you have checked virtual ribbbon option. For shaves in excel, go to Insert / Illustration / shapes drop down menu and press enter on it.
It will bring upp a table of shapes and jaws will anounce the features. Use arrow keys to select one and press enter on the shape you want to insert. I don't know if a totally blind user can handle it. Jaws does not say anything beyond the menus.
