hello access Indians, this is rituraj this side, this mail may be long from my side because I am going to tell the solution of M.S. excel issue with jaws. note interested members can ignore this. I remembered that, 1st time I raised this issue Infront of you. Harshit and other friends tried to give me the solution. now the same query is live once again but this time I have the solution which I got last night most of time peoples . are facing this issue with windows 10 or 11 which is preinstalled with MS office in new laptops and PC. 1st of all, uninstall your office product, windows will recommend you to restart PC but simply ignore this. go to your system folder which can be start with your name or administrator. you can find this in C:\users. go to app data folder. here, you will see 3 folders local, Locallow and roaming. go to these folder one by one and delete microsoft folder. in some files, access deny error can come. simply ignore and click on continue with automatic administrative right. in some files system will show you (file in use) leave hese files. than go to your C drive and delete microsoft folder from programme files, programme files(x86) and programme data. solve errors in same way which i told above. after that, go to your office setup package. you will see 3 files for install. setup.exe which is common file for both 32 or 64 bit system. and setup32.exe and setup64.exe which are separate for both systems. most of times, people's installed office with setup.exe which is for both 32 and 64 bit systems. same mistake I did every time. but you need to install from your system related setup file. which are setup32.exe and setup64.exe and your problem will solved. you find common setup file for both systems in main folder of your setup package but separate setup files are hidden in sub folders of your main folder. that's why, Peoples use this common setup.exe for installing. In most of PC, microsoft home and student 2019 coming with preinstalled windows. if you have same, than I can help you to find these files and I can provide the setup package also. don't worry its not crack. it will automatically activated from your microsoft account of your original windows.. thanks and sorry for this long E-mail.
