Dear List Members, It is well known that persons with vision impaired are being denied various banking facilities by both public sector and private sector banks. I am persuing the same with RBI. To support this struggle, I need copies of complaints filed by persons with vision impairment to their banks and RBI. So, those who have registered formal complaints with RBI, please send me complaint number or copies of complaints off the list. If formal complaint is not registered, please take some time to register complaint to RBI at www.cms.rbi.org.in and then send me complaint number or copy of the complaint. Please do not send anything other than complaint number or copies of complaints.
