TV speakers more often than not are bloody terrible these days, more so
because the companies you'd rather buy a soundbar or similar πŸ˜„
 As for cheap speakers, anything by creative should you be able to find
them should be pretty good.
 I have had creative 2.1 speakers in the past which cost me about 2k back
then, and lasted for ages, just do a search for creative 2.1 on the
shopping website of your choice, as long as you read the reviews you can't
go wrong.
