Ok, let's try dealing with this one step-by-step.
Firstly, do you have a problem with setting up the home-page in Internet
Explorer to "about:blank"? some viruses like "Sujin", for example, add an
url http://sujin.com.np"; in Internet explorer, and keep editing the registry
to retain this URL in case should you change it.
Secondly, insert an empty pen drive and just open CMD from run diolog box
and type the drive letter of your pen drive suffixing ":" and press enter.
For E.G., if your pen drive is "f:", then type that and press enter. Now
press tab and observe the files that are automatically created in your pen
drive.
Lastly, just let me know the files that are created automatically along with
"autorun.inf" in reply to this mail. or: key in the names of these files in
some popular search engines like yahoo and google to understand more about
your problem and to find the way to solve it.

Good luck
