There are problems in the way the law and the rules are drafted around
accessibility, the CCPD or SCPDs do not have ample powers to deal with
these cases in its strict sense, and the judicial system is already
overburdened hence we are not getting our matters moved.
While in a long run I agree that accessibility has to be a compliance
plus a need based understanding, but we will have to unfortunately go
through this process so that people realise the need to do it.
Having said that, we are open for strategic changes through policy
formulation or litigation where we are able to bring a systemic
change.

The user experiences should be presented as a case study but the
demand in my opinion should be to get the websites/apps certified for
