Hello Mangal, Previously, certain hospitals were assigned for certain municipal wards, such as, RG Kar Hospital for wards 1-35, Calcutta Medical College for wards 36-70, NRS Hospital for wards 71-105, and National Medical College for the remaining wards from 106.
I think, the system is still there. You have to apply to the respective hospital with your current disability certificate, proof of residence, letter from your local councilor, aadhaar etc. If you are above 35 years of age, you will get a permanent disability certificate.
