Strict invigilation is needed in IBPS PO, IBPS clerk and RBI
assistance exams. I do not have much experience of other exams like
Railway and  SSC, RRB so won't comment on that. There are few
prominent Visually Impaired people justifying cheating. Their opinion
is that it is ok to use scribe writing answers for VI candidates since
Maths is not taught in special schools. I know some of them
personally. There are ways to learn Maths using technology, Braille
and tailor frame. Maths need daily practice.
