Hi,

My experience with Kotak Bank app on Android is quite positive. I downloaded 
the app and opened an a/c online and is able to use the app without any 
assistance. The only drawback I discovered is that it does not have an option 
to update mobile number, for that one needs to visit the branch.

This is very unfortunate. i am also holding an account in Kotak bank, i put my 
signature in documents though. Kotak app is not accessible and i can not use in
