you can book online special darshan for disabled on their website but for that you will have to book at least one month before because the seats are filled vary early the special darshan for disabled and old start at 10 am in the morning and regarding accommodation in their guest houses at least 2 months before when i traveled i stayed in sbi guest house in fact i visited in previous weak only.
