Good morning everyone, Justice sikri, former judge of the Supreme Court, and a noted jurist on disability rights issues, has agreed to give a pro bono legal opinion to mission accessibility for our legal strategy. I am collating a list of legal questions that can be put to him. Kindly share any questions that you think are worth pursuing, in terms of gaining his insights on how we can pursue a particular course of action. Currently, my questions cover various legal grounds and forums that can be approached to complain about digital in accessibility, with what evidence would be needed to succeed in those cases. This includes consumer courts, competition lol authorities and the traditional court system. I will also ask him about the imposition of penalties for noncompliance. On how we can exact accountability from foreign companies that have inaccessible platforms, products or services. If anything else comes to mind, kindly let me know latest by Friday i.e. 30th September midnight. Thanks very much.
