Hi, I am using Samsung galaxy active 2. It has a built in screen reader which works with most apps. I have also heard that all wear OS watches have talkback pre-installed, although I have not personally used any of them. Of course, if you use an iPhone, you could also get an Apple Watch, which, I have heard, is very accessible.
Also you can get uno cards from Sparsh products.
