Hi Vinod, One of the biggest issues in Excel occurs when text is spread over more than one cell. You can get around it by merging cells but that is not necessary or desirable in several cases. The way to check for this overlapping text is to arrow from cell to cell. If you hear text of the previous cell when you arrow to the next cell, you could have an overlapping text issue.
Other listers have already explained how to get around this. In Jaws version 9, there are options that automatically indicate if the text in a cell has overshot the cell's capacity. Other than that, ensure that you give accurate column headings, maintain font and color consistancy and ensure that your work sheets are correctly labeled. By default, Excel inserts 3 sheets in every new workbook. You can change this number to be whatever you want. Please delete blank sheets from workbooks. This will help make things clearer to readers.
