Ok, sir Do they confirm from us about the thumb impression uploaded instead of signature or is this get noted in there system that we are visually impaired because if the therm impression get uploaded at the place of signature then probably that is get added to their system with their account details but they use that signature when we required to do anything changes in account manually or we want to do any transaction for anything manually and online signature is not required
