bijal, in my opinion you should not try to cycling in open ground even
if escort available. You can purchase a static cycle usually available
for exercise/workout purpose in market. I use one at my home and cycle
daily 10 to 15 minutes. ithese cycles are available around Rs.12000/- or
higher. if you pay much you will get good exercise cycle. this will
fulfill your cycling as well as fitness purpose.
