PL]  The moment you have committees, I doubt anything will be done. Ideally, 
why can’t existing legislation be used to make courts accessible? If you have 
individual policies, then accessibility will not be uniform. All filing 
irrespective of judges should be accessible. This helps not only the disabled 
but also makes it machine searchable which will help the courts to become 
faster. 

In addition, it is easier for law researchers and students to work with the law 
and move things forward.
