Rahul, <snip accessibility committees
PL] The moment you have committees, I doubt anything will be done. Ideally, why can’t existing legislation be used to make courts accessible? If you have individual policies, then accessibility will not be uniform. All filing irrespective of judges should be accessible. This helps not only the disabled but also makes it machine searchable which will help the courts to become faster. In addition, it is easier for law researchers and students to work with the law and move things forward. Pranav -- Disclaimer: 1.
