Dear access Indians, Greetings of the day. as the subject line suggests,as a visually impaired, when I try to interact with the persons with HI/def and dum candidates, it is quite challenging for me. is there any way out of it? where we can independantly talk with above mentioned persons apart from the sighn language interpreter? I guess, apart from the sighn language, there is a language which is based upon touch sences, where both visually impaired and HI candidate can communicate.
