Hi friends, I am using Jaws 2022 along with MS Excel 2021. I am facing very specific issue in excel attendence sheet. I have set the jaws to read collumn and row title while navigating through rows. I have set an attendence sheet in such a way that collumn A1 through A100 contains the rol numbers of the students, while B1, C1, D1 and so on represent the dates of the month. Suppose in B1, on 1 November i have put 0 against all rol numbers, the student who will be present on that day at the time of taking actual attendence, i will put 1 against that rol number to mark their first attendence, while who will be absent i will left 0 written over there. Here starts real issue, suppose rol no. 1 is present, i will replace 0 by one, and when i will move to next rol number by pressing down arrow, jaws will announce first of all rol number 1, then rol number 2 then the value already written against rol number 2. It actually confuses me, i want jaws should not announce the row title which i am leaving, mean in the given scenario i want to hear only rol number 2 and attendence value of this rol number. And I have tried Excel 2016 this issue was not persisting in that version, but i want to use Office 2021 with out this issue, kindly help me.
