Hi, I have used ThinkPad for many years. It is a rugged and robust machine. Even after 10 years one of my Thinkpad is being used by someone I gave to.
In terms of accessibility the models I have seen have physical audio volume, mute, wi-fi buttons. It is mostly constructed in such a way that parts can be easily replaced when required.
