Bank has strategized a campaign early this month to recognise the contribution of PWDs in the society and advised all branches to open accounts of PWDs (Any type of account). Bank celebrated International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2022 by arranging a panel discussion on the topic "Transformative solutions for inclusive accessible and equitable banking". Eminent disability experts Rama Krishnamachari, Co-Founder and Director of DEOC (Diversity and Equal Opportunity Centre) and Pranay Gadodia, with 20+ years of experience in the corporates as well in the disability sector provided valuable inputs to the bank's management. On mass awareness front for 75,000 bank employees, bank organized an online quiz “Union Gyan Kasauti'' on the topic "Equal Opportunity Policy / Accessibility Guidelines" on 3rd December 2022. Bank is recognized with two prestigious awards this month. 1. NCPEDP - LTMINDTREE HELEN KELLER AWARDS 2022 in the category Role Model Organization. 2. NAB Sarojini Trilok Nath National Award in the category Best CSR impact.
