Hi, UDID Card stands for Unique Disability Identity Card. Its benefits have already been explained above. PWD stands for Persons with Disability. A similar term is PWBD which means Persons with Benchmark Disability. Benchmark disability implies that the extent of disability is certified to be greater than 40%. Actually, most of the provisions of Rights of Persons with Disability Act (RPWD Act), 2016 apply to PWBD, that is PWD with disability greater than 40%.
