Hello Asif, The formula bar is located towards the top of the excel window. However, you can always edit it using the f2 key.
If you just want jaws to announce it, use ctrl+f2. If you use ctrl+f2 twice in quick succession, jaws will present the formula bar in a message box. The f2 key will solve your problem, I hope.
