Mamta, I have zero idea about tracking your child. None of the solutions using ai will track if a car is coming towards you. Use your ears for that. I could give you a fancy idea where you bought a radar sensor, plugged it into a laptop but then the problem with that is that it would be a custom solution and you would need to point the sensor in the right direction and custom build a solution. This is significant work.
You may be able to use some watches that let you track children but that assumes that your child is wearing the watch all the time and I do not know if they work in such a small area. You would have an app on your phone which would show the position of the child. Reading is one area where these devices can help. Use apps like envision and or supersense on your phone as a start. If you have the money, go for the orcam for reading. This is a tiny device that is mounted on a pair of ordinary glasses. It helps with reading. Before that though, try the super sense app or the envision app on your phone. That may meet your needs. If vehicles are a huge problem, then you may consider moving to a gated community. I realize that this is a radical solution. The parks in most communities are vehicle free areas. I want to also say, that training your child to avoid vehicles and to increase situational awareness are better ideas but then I am not a parent and have no idea if this is possible.
