If you want to read large books, then go either for the keebo device or a regular flatbed scanner. Supersense is an app available on both ios and android. It is similar to envision. I do not know from where to get the tracking watch. A colleague had told me about them. I cannot say if the app is accessible. Given what I know about gps, I suspect the watch will be accurate up till 10 meters. I doubt this will meet your need. I believe those devices do work as regular watches too. If your child is really young, think about using a child leash though that will not work in a cycling situation. At the moment, I do not have any implementable ideas about your cycling issue.
