Hello sir, and mam, One of persons with 100% visual impairment in my contact is mistreated by an invigilator in exam hall. has refused basic permission like assistance of scribe for writing by pen on paper the info dictated by candidate and abused the candidate by saying to write by pen on paper if he/she wishes to do rough work.
